What processes are required for thin-walled mold processing

1. Mold material: 2316, 638 and other materials are used to prevent rust on the mold and water hole.

2. Front and rear molds: Made of heat-treated steel materials such as 2344, S136, DC53, GS767, etc., and treated to HRC48-52 to extend mold life and prevent rust.

3. Insert: If the hot nozzle insert adopts S136 or 083 and heat treatment, the front mold cup bottom insert adopts S136, 083, 2344 and other heat treatment methods. The low top insert of the rear mold cup adopts beryllium copper due to the high temperature near the hot nozzle and poor heat dissipation.

4. Guide sleeve and support: Both the front and rear molds are made of independent columbium, and the guide sleeve on the mold must have a support, which is made of 2510 and quenched to HRC48-52.

5. Guide pillars and guide sleeves: All guide pillars and guide sleeves are made of HASCO.

6. Hot nozzle assembly: The mold hot nozzle is specified to use HUSKY, and the manufacturer should be notified in advance to arrange for professional installation.
