What problems with thin-walled molds can cause product deformation?

1. Warping deformation

Due to uneven stress and shrinkage during the injection process.

2. Burr edge

The contact surfaces between molds will produce burrs, especially at the edges and corners of thin-walled products.

3. Bubbles

When there are impurities or air in plastic materials, bubbles are easily generated.

4. Plastic shrinkage

The plastic shrinkage rate of thin-walled products is relatively high, which can easily lead to inconsistent product dimensions.
