2. Nameplate fixation
Is the nameplate fixed on the mold legs near the rear template and reference angle (15mm away from each side), fixed with four willow nails, reliable and not easy to peel off.
3. Cooling water nozzle
Does the cooling water nozzle use a plastic block to plug into the nozzle, with a 10 pipe diameter and specifications of G1/8 ", G1/4", and G3/8 "; Whether the cooling water nozzle protrudes from the surface of the mold, and whether the head of the water nozzle is recessed into the outer surface by no more than 3mm.
4. Cooling water nozzle vent hole
Is the diameter of the cooling water nozzle vent hole in three specifications: ¥ 25, ¥ 30, and ¥ 35mm? There is a chamfer on the outer edge of the hole, and the chamfer is greater than 1.5 × 45, consistent chamfering.
