The cracking problem of thin-walled die drawn parts can be solved through the following methods:
1. Adjusting the stamping direction
When setting the stamping direction, negative stamping angles are not allowed.
2. Ensure no slip
Ensure that the convex mold contacts the blank in a good, flat, multi-point, balanced state, and that the material does not move when starting the drawing process.
3. Ensure no lateral force
The drawing depth should be uniform and the feed resistance should be balanced.
4. Ensure no impact lines
The exterior panel of the sedan shall not leave any impact line marks on the surface of the parts.
