How To Improve The Accuracy Of Thin-walled Mold Processing Parts

1. Mold closing pressure: In principle, it should be greater than the total pressure of plastic injected into the mold, with no burrs as the benchmark.

2. The purpose of applying pressure and speed to the mold is to ensure that the raw materials enter the mold evenly, thoroughly, and appropriately, filling all corners. If it is too low, it will cause short shots, shrinkage, and if it is too high, there will be burrs, oversaturation, sticking to the mold, burning, easy damage to the mold, and high internal stress.

3. The speed determines the condition of the raw materials in the mold runner and in the finished product. If there are burrs, oversaturation, burning, and if it slows down, short shots, shrinkage, and poor bonding may occur.

4. The temperature of raw materials varies, and if the melting glue is too low, it will not be transparent, resulting in uneven color and increased internal stress in the finished product. If the temperature is too low and the pressure is too high, it may cause the screw to break. If it is too high, the product will have burrs, and there will be a temperature difference due to cooling, causing shrinkage. The raw materials will decompose, turn yellow, change color, and are prone to breakage. The cooling time increases, making it difficult for air to be discharged.
